Welcome to Vow View. By purchasing or using this product, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller and product

Vow View is a digital wedding planning product sold by Kaimana Honda, trading as Vow View, a sole proprietor based in California, United States. Contact: officialvowview@gmail.com. The $7.99 purchase is a fillable PDF wedding budget spreadsheet. The optional $35 upgrade is access to the browser-based planner (budget, timeline, guest list, seating chart, vendor comparison, honeymoon budget, checklists, and the wedding assistant).

2. What you are buying

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments — there is no subscription and you will not be billed again. Access is delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped. Access is granted to the account you purchased with, for your own personal wedding planning.

3. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, sharing or reselling your access, redistributing the files, or attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the product.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership rights to the product, design, code, imagery, and branding. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own wedding planning. The information you enter remains yours.

6. Wedding assistant and cost figures

The wedding assistant produces AI-generated guidance and typical cost ranges. It is general information, not financial, legal, or professional advice, and it can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm prices with your own vendors before committing money.

7. Payment and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and billing inquiries. Payment, billing, and dispute handling are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by downloading or opening the product immediately, you acknowledge that this statutory right may end once delivery begins. Our 30-day guarantee applies either way.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the product available and may improve or change features over time. We may add, change, or remove features, but we will not remove the core functionality you paid for without offering a refund.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, or repeated violations. You may stop using the product and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of California have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
