Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Vow View purchase. If it is not the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both the $7.99 spreadsheet and the $35 planner upgrade.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason, and downloading the file does not void the guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email officialvowview@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with, or request it directly from our payment provider Paddle at paddle.net. We aim to approve requests within 2 business days; Paddle then returns the money to your original payment method, which usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product is removed from your account and you must stop using the downloaded files.

Exceptions

The guarantee does not cover purchases made more than 30 days ago, or accounts we have closed for fraud or abuse.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights. Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, subject to the acknowledgement described in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
